Rossano Salicini, managing director since 1980, oversees purchasing, is responsible for export and takes care of the company's public relations.

Dario Salicini embodies the third generation of the family employed in the company. Passionate about fashion, he collaborates in the development of NELLA Tessuti's exclusive prints and follows relations with suppliers and foreign customers from the West, Japan and Saudi Arabia.

Irene Salicini, after having worked in the company for several years, is now a member of the board of directors.

Paolo and Vittoria manage the sales outlet in Bologna and are specialists in haute couture fabrics, tailoring service and catalogue sales.

Ina, Marianna and Anna, assisted by Ela and originally from Eastern Europe, take care of relations with foreign customers, mainly Russian, Kazakh and Ukrainian, a strong point for exports.

Maddalena and Marika, who manage the wholesale after-sales procedures, complete the shop staff.

Elena and Giovanni follow the shipment of goods to any foreign country and take care of accounting, budgeting and budgeting.

Fabio takes care of reception for suppliers and foreign customers.

Lina and Lucia were in charge of the Italian retail and wholesale department until a few years ago and with their friendship are still ideally part of the group.
